Nick Kamisar, Coach

206-963-8204

Nick was one of the top players in the Pacific Northwest in juniors and competed in virtually all the national tournaments in every age group.  Nick was ranked as high as number 1 in the Pacific Northwest in Boys 18 & Under and has been ranked among the top 3 in the PNW in every age group.  He was one of only 20 Americans to qualify for The Orange Bowl (the junior world championships), where current ATP professionals Jack Sock and Bernard Tomic competed in the same draw.  After his days in the juniors, Nick moved on to play NCAA Division 1 college tennis at the University of Washington for two years and then at Gonzaga University for his final two years.

Nick had a winning record in singles every year at both University of Washington and Gonzaga University.  At Gonzaga, Nick played at the number 1 and 2 singles positions and had wins over nationally ranked Division 1 players from Pepperdine and San Diego. He received WCC conference honors both years in singles and once in doubles.  At UW, he started in every dual match as a freshman and had the second best dual match win-loss record on the team in his sophomore year. At UW, he had wins over players from top teams such as University of California at Berkeley, Michigan, Tulsa, Oregon and Arizona.

Nick currently competes in ITF Men's Professionals Futures Tournaments as well as Men's Open events.  Over the past two years, he has beaten several players who carry current ATP rankings.
